How do I track my order?

Once you order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days. It can take
longer during holiday seasons or if the amount of orders is larger than
usual.

I sent my order to the wrong address, what do I do?

If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as
possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.

What mail carrier do you use?

We ship most of our orders via USPS at a flat rate of $5.95 shipping rate
